Trial Settings - Visit Configuration

Note: Only users with certain permissions can see and/or edit the visit related configurations.

1. Subject visits schedule configuration


Visit scheduling configuration allows the user to configure how many days after randomisation the visits should be scheduled.

Configuration is available for each trial visit where a dispense is going to occur.


This configuration can be seen at anytime on Trial Settings page.


2. Dispensing limits configuration


Dispensing limits configuration allows the user to define for each dispensing visit:

  • minimum dispense: minimum number of products to be dispensed at a visit
  • maximum dispense: maximum number of products to be dispensed at a visit
  • default dispense: number of products predefined for the visit


Note: An empty field on Default Dispense means that 1 product will be dispensed by default. An empty field on Minimum/Maximum Dispense means that no limits are configured.


This configuration is shown at anytime on Trial Settings page.
