Trials configured with manually triggered automatic shipments allow the users to manually trigger a shipment initiation. This shipment will take into account the target defined for that location and send the needed amount of product (of each treatment) to reach the target.
The main purpose of this feature is to allow binded users to perform the first shipment to the sites with enough product quantity.
Requirements:
The location needs to have the following configured:
1. Depot;
2. Supply scheme.
1. In Product List, scroll down until you find the portlet "Manual Resupply".
2. Select the location to where the products will be shipped.
3. Click on Initiate Shipment button.

The shipment initiated will have enough products to reach the resupply target defined for each treatment.
The following example will better illustrate how this process works:
Location:Centre 01
Resupply trigger = 3
Resupply target = 8
The following table shows the available products in Centre 01.
| Treatment | Available products |
|---|---|
| Control | 0 |
| Test | 0 |
| Treatment | Number of sent products |
|---|---|
| Control | 8 |
| Test | 8 |
Note 1: Only active products in site will be considered for the shipment initiation.
Note 2: Products currently with Status "In Transit"/"Waiting" that are destined to Centre 01 will also be considered for the shipment initiation (will be counted as being in destination to avoid initiation of more shipments).
